Returns and Exchanges for Prophecy Co.

Prophecy Co. offers complimentary domestic return shipping. To initiate a return, please visit our returns portal. We currently accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Please include the original invoice with any return; failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original item ordered, contingent upon product availability. If you wish to exchange your item for a different style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred style. Prophecy Co. will cover the shipping for one exchange.

For orders marked as "ready to ship," processing will take 3-5 business days upon arrival at our facility. However, for orders not ready to ship, please allow the standard processing time of 3-5 weeks upon arrival at our facility. A full refund will be issued once the return is inspected. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or by check sent to the address provided for the order. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days post-processing for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

Items determined to be in anything less than original condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you. Please note that final sale items are excluded from returns and exchanges.
